Crowne Plaza Belgrade By Ihg Hotel

I recently spent 4 nights at a fantastic hotel with access to an amazing indoor pool and a large wellness center that helped me unwind after long days. The breakfast was good, offering plenty of options, with their friendly staff on hand to assist with anything needed.

Luxurious hotel, all of the staff were excellent and very helpful, convenient location to shopping centres. The room with large bathroom. A work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and television were all available. Good service was provided.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful belgrade zoo and the lively pedestrian area of knez mihailova street.

old switches for lighting, and also, old air conditioning controls; bad smell in the room (mold fungus); parking tax; the bed was to soft (to flabby)

The room was exceptionally clean, there was a clean bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we liked our stay there. Besides, the location was great and perfect for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an ancient fortress.

A Truly Enjoyable Stay with Fine Views

Our 3-night getaway was fantastic! The corner suite offered amazing views of the Belgrade waterfront. The spa was a lovely escape, complimented by a delicious breakfast that kept us energized. Don't miss the wellness center amidst your stay for a refreshing experience.

Once this was one of teh best hotels in ex Jugoslavia but that was 30 years ago. It stayed on that level but if I compare it to the other hotels in Belgrade this is the best choice if you want decent room for normal price - prices of hotels in Belgarde are usually too high for what they offer.

Bathrooms would need renovation and also breakfast is so so.

The business centre was excellent,i had a very good atmosphere to do my official duties at the business center and for no cost despite all the printing of documents.The breakfast was excellent.one of the best i ever had in all of my travelling around the world.i sincerely recommend this hotel and i will always stay there with my staff any other time i visit belgrade

I realy did not like the payment for packing as a hotel guest.i thaught the parking should have been free.

The spa and indoor pool were fantastic. Loved the fine city views from my room. The fitness center was well-equipped for my workouts.

I fell ill during my stay, and staff were nice enough to phone an off duty doctor to arrive at the hotel.

The waitstaff at the restaurants had no sense of customer service. I tried to order room service - after it didn't arrive for an hour I called to check on it and they said they had "forgot," asking me to re- order and telilng me it would cost double becuase it was no longer service time. I also found the front desk people to be extremely unhelpful - I was ill and needed to purchase a pain reliever and when I asked them where I could buy some they just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know - this would not happen in a top western hotel. In addition, I tried to book a massage (which were reasonably priced) but I was informed that the masseuse was gone for the day. It was only 5 pm - what good are amenities if you cant use them?

Spacious room with great views and a well-equipped gym. I appreciated the bicycle rental for exploring the area easily.
